Please complete and submit this form to register for a Thomas Nelson Community College (TNCC) parking permit for the 2015-2016 academic year. Employees with a valid Employee ID Card are eligible to receive one (1) vehicle permit for $30 which will allow the employee to park in any "Faculty/Staff" parking lot on any campus of Thomas Nelson. A vehicle permit can be linked to as many as four (4) vehicles, which must be declared in the "Vehicle Information" section of this application. Up to three additional permits, which will also be linked to the vehicle(s) declared in the "Vehicle Information" section of this application, can be purchased at a discounted rate of $15 each.

Once submitted, your application will be processed. Your permit(s) will be available for pickup at the Cashier's Office of the "Primary Campus" that has been selected in the "Employee Information" section of this application in two (2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please bring your valid Employee ID Card when picking up your permit. If you choose to pay using the Payroll Deduction option, please print the appropriate Payroll Deduction Form, and bring the completed form with you when picking up your permit(s).

(2) I agree to either pay all assessed fines and/or applicable late fees or submit an “Appeal Application” within 10 business days after the alleged violation. (3) I further agree to pay any citations which the Appeals Committee denies within 10 business days of the committee’s decision. (4) I understand that I will be held responsible for all fees incurred in the efforts to collect any unpaid parking violations. (5) I acknowledge that I am aware the Thomas Nelson Parking Regulations available online at http://tncc.edu/about-2/general-information-2/parking-services-information/. (6) I understand that it is my obligation to become familiar with these Rules and Regulations and that Thomas Nelson has the right to enforce such Rules and Regulations. (7) Furthermore, I am aware that if my fines and/or late fees remain unpaid upon my departure from Thomas Nelson, my final paycheck may be subject to a payroll deduction in the total amount due to the Thomas Nelson Department of Police and Security Services.
